Return and Refund Policy

At Whoop Adapter, your satisfaction is our top priority. While our products are designed to be simple, reliable, and easy to use, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward return policy to give you peace of mind when ordering.

We accept returns
for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition

Only items in new and unused condition are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or show signs of wear.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, except where required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Return Method & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A €10 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of your refund status.

If approved, your refund (minus the €10 restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
